part Five: HOME [is this real life??]

This is the final part of the from HOMe to HOME journey...but it is in no way the end of the story.
Now that we are all home and under one roof we get to start a whole new beautiful journey!!

I has been just over 3 weeks since we landed in Grand Rapids. I often sit and look at Christabel playing and think "is this real life??" Did God really just make this happen?

Yup...yup He did!!

It has been an amazing few weeks. All the things that we were fearful about at the beginning of this journey...well, God went on ahead.

How exactly will we afford an adoption?
God answered this question one dollar at a time :]

Can we really take care of a child with disabilities?
well...when said child has no idea she has a disability & is super independent...the answer is YES!

How will we get her up and down the stairs to her room? Will she be able to do stairs?
refer to the above answer...miss super independent is up and down with out a problem...no carrying needed. [but she is carried a lot :]

How will we communicate with her?
well...it turns out that she knows WAY more English than we thought she would. She has no trouble understanding us...and she is totally able to get her points across as well!

What if she really just does not like us? [this was a concern of her sisters].
